Levante’s food offering is based mainly on fruit, vegetables, olive oil, Iberian pork, a wide range of fish and seafood, especially almadraba tuna, as well as cereals, nuts and spices.
Two prestigious names
Levante has three distinct spaces: indoors, the outdoor terraces, and the hammock area. Its menu was designed by two of our curators: Inés Calle and Vicente Fortea. The space also offers different pop-up restaurants throughout the season.
