The Levante restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and carefully crafted menu that’s inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and carried by an adventurous spirit. Dishes based on the local cuisine of both past and present, with touches of Andalusia throughout, but that’s also open to the world.

Levante’s food offering is based mainly on fruit, vegetables, olive oil, Iberian pork, a wide range of fish and seafood, especially almadraba tuna, as well as cereals, nuts and spices.
Two prestigious names
Levante has three distinct spaces: indoors, the outdoor terraces, and the hammock area. Its menu was designed by two of our curators: Inés Calle and Vicente Fortea. The space also offers different pop-up restaurants throughout the season.
