Welcome to our FAQs page. We’re here to answer any questions you may have to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From check-in to check-out, we’ve got you covered. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Our friendly team is always here to help.
- Check-in to the room on the day of arrival is from 15:00.
- Check-out is at 12:00, with the option to book late check-out. Please contact reception to make sure of availability.

- We have rooms equipped for people with reduced mobility.
- You’ll find ramps to access all areas of the hotel.
- There are braille notices fitted in our lifts.
We have a free Wi-Fi service throughout the entire hotel.
A safe will be available in each room free of charge. If you would like an extra safe, please check availability and prices at reception.
El Fuerte Marbella has its own car park for guests, at a cost of €25 per day (VAT included).
The hotel provides its guests with chargers for electric vehicles.
We provide guests with towels, free of charge, for exclusive use at the beach or swimming pool. Pool/beach towels are delivered/collected at the towel delivery point, which is located on the ground floor.

Are you allergic and/or intolerant to any food? We recommend letting us know before arriving at the hotel.

The hotel has direct access to the promenade, which leads onto the beach. We have sun loungers and parasols on the beach right in front of the hotel and available to our guests at no extra cost.
We have an exclusive Spa with a water circuit, dynamic pool and relaxation pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation showers, massages, double massage cabins and a product shop.
Access to Spa is not permitted for children under 16 years old. From 16 to 17 years old, they can only access accompanied by an adult.

If you’re bringing a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. The accommodation conditions are as follows:
Check-in:
- On arrival, you’ll have to show your pet’s health card issued by a registered vet.
Limitations:
- The maximum weight allowed is 5 kg (1 dog per room).
- If moving from one area to another within the hotel grounds, the dog must be kept on a lead or restrained by the owner.
- Cleaning staff will not clean a room if they believe the dog is left unattended by its owner.
- Dogs may be left unattended in rooms only if a contact number is left at Reception. Dogs may not be left alone in the room at night.
Not allowed:
- Leaving them in hotel common areas, such as gardens, restaurants, bars, swimming pools or the beach, except in the area reserved specifically for dogs on the bar terrace.
- Dogs of breeds classified as dangerous.
- Dogs without an up-to-date official health card certified by a registered vet.
- Dogs without an electronic microchip for the animal’s identification.
Price:
€25 per dog/day, which includes a welcome kit in the room: bed, food, water bowl and waste bag.

The youngest ones will be able to enjoy customized entertainment with our animators, every day at our Mini Club.

We have a self-service Grab ‘N Go where you’ll find a selection of food, snacks and drinks ready for you to enjoy at any time of day or night.
- La Cañada Shopping Centre: from 10:00 to 22:00 (Marbella).
- El Corte Inglés Shopping Centre: from 10:00 to 22:00 (winter) – Puerto Banús: from 10:30 to 23:30 (July-August).

Markets are held on Mondays in Marbella, Tuesdays in Fuengirola, Wednesdays in Estepona and Calahonda, Thursdays in San Pedro Alcántara, Torremolinos and Vélez Málaga, Fridays in Benalmádena, Casares, Las Chapas and Sabinillas, Saturdays in Puerto Banús, Fuengirola, Benahavís and La Cala, and on Sundays in Sabinillas, Fuengirola, Malaga, Estepona and Torremolinos.
Opening hours are from 09:00 to 14:00, approximately.
