Le Marché buffet

For those who love personalised breakfasts, this buffet is a true culinary spectacle.

Guests can enjoy high-quality pop-up stations featuring freshly carved 5J Iberian ham, oysters and champagne. An exquisite selection of artisanal bread and pastries, as well as gourmet patisserie prepared in-house. Meanwhile, the show cooking is sure to delight you with omelettes, waffles, crêpes and eggs prepared to order, while the fresh area offers seasonal fresh fruit, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. Lovers of the classics can enjoy a variety of yoghurts, cereals, nuts and jams, perfect for creating a balanced breakfast.

An area dedicated to Selected guests that offers an exclusive breakfast experience.

The Selected breakfast features à la carte options such as lobster rolls, puffed quinoa with mascarpone and red berries, floral yoghurt with confit figs in agave and matcha tea sponge cake, or Nordic waffles, among other delights.

The offer conditions are as follows
